Our policy lasts 14 days after you receive your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
You may return your purchase without question for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item if you are not satisfied with the quality of the item or you feel the item is not as described.
Please inform us via email at email@example.com with your order number and reason for refund. You will then receive instructions on where to send your item. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Only we have the right to determine the returned products condition. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved we will process your return and issue a full refund within 7 working days.
Once you inform us that you would like to return your item, you then have 14 days to send it to us. After this point we will not be able to accept your return.
Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your order has not sent yet we will issue an immediate refund.
If your order has already sent, we will not be able to immediately cancel your order. The order will be delivered to you as promised where you can then request for a full refund to be processed.
